I only have the stock-muffler. No drilled holes. I think the sound is good/perfect - when accelerating. But could be louder at steady speed. You can't accelerate all the time though (light has a speed limit :-)). You will have to decelerate - and then you can accelerate again (and get the fine sound).
For those vehicles right behind you that's not convenient (unless it's a Savage too). Imagine me accelerating and decelerating through town - without no obvious reason (must look funny - but feels great).
Do you agree, that the stock-sound is ok, when accelerating? And do you have the same habit: decelerating so you can accelerate - just for the sound?
